Conference Registration
Registration includes:

Registration fees
- Regular: $100
- Students: $25
How to Register
- Payment will be accepted by credit card, check, or purchase order via online or phone registration.
- Online: Payment by credit card, check, or purchase order.
- Phone: Call 1.800.933.9330 and ask to speak with the Conference Registrar.
- To pay by check: Register online, and when asked during the online registration process, print the registration invoice and mail with your check made payable to Indiana University #42-09 to:

Cancellation of Registration
- Prior to March 19, 2009: Full refund, less a $20 processing fee.
- On or after March 19, 2009: No refund, but we would be happy to accept substitute participants.
- Note: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registrar at iuconfs@indiana.edu.
